What about soundcollage?
Music is designed to fit with brainwaves
Sound is vibration, which all energy comes from, including us
Lol, you probably just feel down or melancholic, and aren't actually depressed (i.e. suffering from clinical depression). These are very different things. But research has found evidence to support music (that a person likes) releasing endorphins.
Oh, yes, certainly. Some of the nin mainstream neuroscience theories of depression suggest it is partlynthe hyperarousal of an emotional system...no need to bog youndown with details....which haopends to be suppressed by endorphins/opiates.
There is also a mild opiate drug that some neuroscientists argue would be beneficial for depression (buprenorphine) but it won't be approved for that.
I thiught you were suggesting that music could just pull you all the way out of a depression, not that it just gave younsome relief. My bad. :)
:) I get it. I love how you put it. ^
