Its all about perception.
All things are in relation to one another. When its been 90 and turns 60 its cold, when its been 30 and turns 60, its warm... outdoors our minds quickly progress to the direction in which we are heading... we think "spring is coming" or "fall is just ahead" because it gives us guidance in our lives, anticipation of great things, motivation for preparation, crap like that, but inside, we seek comfort, we dont want to be too hot or too cold, we dont want to be too hungry or too full, we always to make our environment just perfect - and complaining about the temperature, and flipping the thermostat, is indicative to our desire to control the universe.

More humidity outside in winter as running your heat LOWERS inside humidity. Let water simmer on stove an hour a day to help if u like.

Also, when it is 60 degrees in October, it is cold, and people begin taking out the winter coats, but when it is 60 degrees in March people are celebrating spring time.

Logic states that if it is 60 degrees outside, it's not winter.

Because Inside...the walls keep the cold and don't let in the BURNING LIGHT(Sunlight)
Outside, there is Burning Light and it directly hits your body. So it's warm

Outside air is most likely more humid and feels warmer.
