Why is it Trayvon Martin's death has received so much more attention than that of Robert Champion?
There seems to be such a public outcry with Martin's senseless death, yet hardly a ripple concerning Champion's? Why is that? Both cases have a similarities. A young black man cut down in his youth in a sensless way and a delay in bringing their killers to justice. One case makes national news with protest marches almost daily. The other case, aside from some interest within the state, seems to drag on with no resolution in sight in spite of the fact that the killers are known. Could it be that one case fits a certain narrative that the other does not?
