I don't know why but how i try to combat this is by watching a movie i like and have seen many times (it helps but doesn't always work)

I count backwards from 100 over and over till I can clear my mind enough to sleep. So messed up.
Because we are all crazy and need lobotomies.
Bluelight hits your retina and stimulates your pituitary gland and it signals your body as if it's daytime making you more alert. If you keep electrics on around the house. Or, your brain just didn't get enough exercise for the day :p
