    cardio the least liked exercise but you have to want it.

    Work out....it will be hard at first but eventually it will become second nature and you will realize that it actually makes you feel good! Another thing that worked for me...portion control. Use smaller plates and glasses, it will fool you into thinking that you are eating the same amount.

    Cut out the junk like sugar ,soda and carbs . As for working out it takes at least a month or two to see any results .It turns to muscle and muscle is heavier than fat .

    Food diary and exercise everyday and write that down too.

    Exercise. And try yoga. Mindfulness can play a huge part in successful weight loss.

    Because it is not natural. Your body is programmed to store as much fat/energy as possible to make survival possible when you can't find any food. Trying to lose weight is basically fighting against your own body and metabolism.

    What are you doing at the moment in your attempt to loose weight. Have you tried the cabbage soup diet. If you could stick to it.

    www.cabbage-soup-diet.com Make sure you look through the diet at the top. There are certain days you eat certain things along with your soup. Stick to it strictly and you will see results :)
