I think they would be the only person that can truly answer that for you. I know it hurts, but if they were "truly" yours, they'd be with you. Dust yourself off, heal where you need to heal, and don't give up. :-)

Have you voiced your sadness to your Valentine? Why do you allow yourself to be set aside like that? Are you sure this is a two-sided relationship?
