Are you taking a lot of naps and then not tired at "bedtime"???
Maybe you're sleeping too much during the day ...
You're trying to go to bed when you're not tired yet???
Because your mind is preoccupied you need to relax or just get a soothing noise maker
Then you should exercise and get out and be active maybe that will make your body tell your mind you need keep! Computers will not help!
That's how it is for me that's why I suggested it :)
