    I don't think the last name of "Up" exists... or if it does is rare.

    It is downs syndrome. A very good friend of mine has a daughter with downs syndrome. I pity the fool who makes fun of this in front of her.

    That is a gud question maybe its so that people look down on a syndrome but i wud love 2 hav upsyndrome so i av it n am 1 so now there is n upsyndrome n u created it congradulations Sir
