treeteeg	Posted Aug 18th, 2009 at 5:14PM To have unconditional love takes a massive amount of trust but also would imply that there is no such thing as ownership. This would me your boyfriend wouldn't be your boyfriend. He would just be a person that you love, but he wouldn't be your love. You would have to acknowledge your feelings of course, but then you wouldn't be able to take ownership of the person because that would negate the point of the term unconditional. Most people I know will take a few chances and once burned those few times that's it .. they either give up and introvert or focus on other aspects of their lives to make up for the deficit in that part.
