Because you have to keep up with the customer's demands and complaints. And normally its pretty easy to satisfy a customer but very hard to calm them down once they have a complaint. Customer Service is pretty a tough job. You must be a very patient and resourceful person to handle them

Everything should be instantaneous. Anything less is unacceptable, as their time is premium among the species. Rules do not apply to them. Oh, they had better apply to everyone else, but they are allowed to bend or break them at will and for the most ridiculous of reasons.<br />
They suffer a condition called FMS, or "Fix My Sh**". It doesn't matter that they have failed to listen, failed to follow instructions, failed to advocate for themselves; you are now tasked with putting their mess back together. A mess they will forevermore blame on others.

Customers. Customers are the most annoying things ever. You can never please them. You can give them a gold plate with the freshest food (like just killed meat just from the fryer) and the coldest most filled drink with no ice (don't forget diet soda) with the biggest smile and the best customer service ever and THEY STILL COMPLAIN. No ****. Trust me its not easy and customers are not nice.
