If we knew from what, we might be able to better answer this question, without it being general platitudes of "we all are" and "it will make you stronger"... which all sound like crap when you are the one in the middle of it all.

So, spill it. What's going on...?

Understandable. Humans are social animals. We need each other. So, where is everyone around you...? Because you most certainly aren't alone-- there are over 7 billion humans on the planet-- you really can't ever be alone nowadays.

Because that's life and in life all people suffer at least to some degree and some far worse than others. You really don't want to try comparing yourself to everyone when it comes to suffering as there is always someone out there who has it worse than you do.

We all have to suffer, but those who can suffer without losing the goodness in their hearts can learn from their suffering, and become better people, or even use their experience to help others.

Your suffering is a gift, it is a set of tools with which to help others, and with which you can grow yourself.

Suffering is always caused from earthly desires. Understanding the source of your pain and meditating upon the need of the desire will give you insigts to guide you to a path....for some this is about letting go whilst for others it is exploration. But understanding itself can be a life lesson to better ourselves.
