There could be two reason. One...It's not over and Two...maybe she has something on him that he does not want you to know. I am just saying! :)

cos he wants his cake AND eat it... he obviously wants his wife on the side as well as his mistress that is at his beck and call whenever he see's fit.

He's a liar and no, it's not over yet.

Either it isnt really over or he doesn't want to tell her because he wants to keep his options open...he will stay away from her for a while - ignore her - just long enough so you are happy that it is over and then he will go back to her and try to smooth things over so things can go back to how they were.

What you have to remember is that he has cheated on you and if he is really committed to the relationship then he should be doing whatever you need him to do to help you trust him again...if you need to hear him ring her and tell her it is over before you believe that it is then he should do that for you.

If he refuses to do this (which is necessary, if the two of you are going to try to work things out)....then, you need to move on....He's disrespecting you, by not doing this....

He already disrespected you, by cheating....now, this? Don't settle...You deserve better than this....He's probably still cheating...or maybe he's emotionally attached to her, too....so, he can't let go....How long were they together? Could there be a possibility that there is a baby involved?

You have NO security with this man....Start putting back money....emotionally disengage from him....let him go.....get a lawyer, who can advise you what to do next...Get tested....there are a lot of std's out there....

If he's telling you it's over but not telling her it's over, you should know better. Your husband doesn't want it to be over!

Like everyone else said, it's not over. Further, if you made the request and he wants to be with you after he's betrayed your trust and your relationship he should be willing to do what you asked.
