Recent estimates state the TransCanada pipeline would cost the Federal government $500 Million per year in cleanup and litigation costs, all for a project that's only slated to create 30 full time, permanent positions. Why do Republicans think it's a good idea for our government to pay $15 Million per year of taxpayer money to support 1 pipeline job?
