Sometimes your emotions have to play catch up. We stifle our emotions so much that when they do finally come out, it is when we are feeling fine. They have to catch up to us when we didn't release them at the time of the issue. Not crying when we lose a loved one. Not kicking somebody's *** or telling somebody to go to hell when they really needed it. All of that builds up in us and just spills over. Just be good to yourself. Eat your favorite comfort food, go for a walk, treat yourself well and everything will be just fine. It will pass.
