Why was there a snake at my wedding/?

Not a dream...actually happened. There was a real snake at my wedding. Why?

its not a dream. don't make a big deal about it. unless your very superstitious then you should research it a little.

I don't know but I have a brother we all call 'Snake'. Maybe you invited him.

Well, jeez! What is not the good ole' family snake invited too? There's nothing sadder than a snake with hurt feelings.

There have been snakes at quite a few weddings I've attended or directed but that was because the bride agreed to marry them!! LOL - okay, sorry that might not be as funny as I thought...

Because obviously, you failed to invite the mongoose, who, being the snake's deadly enemy, would have prevented the snake from attending. At the very least, if both had shown up, it would have made for some TOP QUALITY and UNIQUE entertainment, as the mongoose would make short order of that snake.

an outdoor wedding, you will have to put up with the elements of nature, unless of course you are referring to the groom or perhaps a greasy haired, not to be trusted cousin. Or maybe a fallicle symbol here?
