    because we are not happy with our self. happiness is a state of mind. if we are constantly sad and do not know why. we end up feeding on others energies like vampires just to get by. usually you would have to create a dramatic scene in your head and feel sorry for yourself and want people to pet you. They are actually feeding you energy this way. And its worked this way for a while. but it cant work forever because it is unbalanced and goes against our nature.

    why we are not happy with our self ? if happiness is just a state of our mind then why we can't get it with our self. ..........................

    to many distractions from our self. look at all the pretty lights colors and toys all around you in society. The best way to know what self really wants and who self really is. so self can be happy is to meditate on self. Focusing on self.

    I don't "need" anything except a brain to cause me to emote happiness. Happiness is a choice. Peace is more rewarding than happiness though.
