    I like to let the cold in and burrow into the blankets to stay warm. Somewhere during the night an equilibrium is reached.

    I do just to have fresh air but I live in farm country so the air is cleaner.

    A small flow of fresh air helps you to sleep better as there is more oxygen in the room.
