Ofcourse it s a hard earned money, and was given in a good intention - but the receiver decided to take from another frnd.
The receiver was definitely in need of the money...

    1. Maybe there is a chance he will not pay back and doesn't want to **** you off.
    2. The other person owes them a favor.
    3. They don't want to owe you.
    4. You need the money more and they know that.

    Maybe the receiver didn't have the need to. Maybe the giver was like a bank - offer money to people who don't need it
