    Do you mean a novel? I got something published this year on condition that the title changed - i didn't write it, it was my grandfather's memoirs that i edited.

    Just come up with a different title then. Have you shared your story with some good friends to get their opinions? That might be worth pursuing. If the title is the only thing holding your book back from being published, perhaps it's as simple as coming up with something new.
