The Affordable Care Act, for all intents and purposes, is Defacto Government Run Health Care.

The no-health-care punishment tax was deliberately set lower than most private insurance's premiums ....driving "all people" to dump their insurance policies and instead flow money to government coffers. Just like a Government insurance health tax (like in Canada).

Then, when you get sick, "government mandate" (on not being able to refuse based on pre-existing conditions) ....is what will make these private-insurer no-payers have coverage.

To reiterate: From the INDIVIDUALS' POINT OF VIEW, a person pays year after year of health related taxes ...then is followed by coverage brought forth due to legislative action. In essence, a defacto government health care.

it's the patton protection ACA and it leaves it all in the hands of private companies still.
walmart is set to become the largest provider where your minimum wage part time health care associate will weigh you etc and then the video doc will tele-examine you before you are given whatever happy-horny-skinny pill big pharma has colluded w/wallyworld to force on you in your mandatory free preventive care
This model never lowered auto insurrance cost and I'm skeptical here as MA was looking to price caps to keep costs down last I checked awhile back

So did all democrats and libertarians support the new act's continuance? I was certainly not aware of that. I also did not know that all republicans supported it's repeal.
