With so many prohibitions on Smoking...?

I Don't Smoke however, I feel it is an infringement on peoples choice and rights! Period! Every establishment should make their own rules and choices and informing anyone applying for work it allows smoking in designated areas ONLY! If the owners allow it and work the smoking areas themselves then no employees are involved. Otherwise stay away from anyone smoking if you have fears about second hand smoke! I do and it isn't infringing on my space or rights! There's plenty of space! Why not whine about alcohol! Drivers kill and there's no rules as to where they do that! I know it's a sensitive subject! So is everything!

"Stinks" Ha,Ha. So do smelly arm pits and feet. And what about the old ducks with their ton and a half of perfume. At least if you lite up,it gets rid of these odours.
