Everyone knows that God created the entire universe about 6,000 years ago.

Oh wait, you were wanting an actual answer (meaning a scientific answer and not a superstitious one like in the Bible). In that case I think I remember seeing it being about 4 1/2 Billion years old.

Depends on when you start counting... if you mean how old is earth as a planetary body circling the sun... approx. 5 Billion years. If you mean Earth as a 'planet' with an atmosphere, liquid water, etc. approx 3.8 Billion years. Hope this helps...

Didn't use Google... I'm horribly addicted to 'learning channel' type shows... lol

How to calculate?-mmmmm-well-maybe count all the rings on every single tree on earth-then add them up. But dont have enough time. Am I close.....
