Dedicate one room as an office. U can even post a sign. OFFICE ~Off.LIMITS between 8-12 and 3-4 . Email only. Peeps are getting fully dressed in office attire before going "On Job".

Have your own little work station or room and only go in there when you're working. Set times throughout the week when you work and stick to them so you don't worry about work when you're watching tv etc.

If you can, set aside one room as your office...only go in there to work, and don't let the house spill over into it for anything.
