I was at an electronics store about 20 years ago. I'd bought an extended service plan on my computer, and when the hard drive crashed, I played ball and let them ship my computer to their repair facility and waited two weeks to get it back. When I got it home and turned it on, the hard drive was still dead as if they did nothing to it. I went back to the store immediately where they fed me the same crap about sending it off to their repair facility again. The whole time I was looking over the clerk's shoulder at a boxed hard drive that could be swapped out for mine right there in the store. I exploded. By the time I was done ranting about them screwing me over, practically every other customer shopping in the store left. They threw in the hard drive and had me on my way 15 minutes later.

An old lady pushed in front me in the supermarket queue, if she'd asked to go before me I wouldn't of minded but she didn't, so I said her 'do you mind not pushing in' at which point she threw her basket of shopping at me, I was mortified because no on else would have heard what I'd said to her, the rest of the queue must have thought I was some sort of monster!

went to a sonic burger (roller skating carhops), and wanted 2 cheese burgers; one with no onion or mustard and one with extra pickles and no ketchup. the carhop got it wrong twice and then the manager got it wrong (nobody thought to write this down ever) and then the manger said "i'm sorry. we cannot please you so we are refusing service." ridiculous.
