You mean if they fail, they won't mention it? and they are hyperactive, so they start lots of projects? Yes. I must say it's not all negative though. As long as you don't use people.

It depends on what exactly they "started" and what reasons they would stop it... sometimes narcissists can go on and on and on about things they've stopped ages ago, just to try to make them sound impressive.
