Depends where you are from. I know loads of kids who have tattoos. You have to some connection to the artist though they cant do it in the store. Like even if its through a friend through a friends friends. I think its fuc*ing stupid to have a tattoo at 13 its gunna look really bad when you grow. Just wait.

Yes my 14 year old cousin just showed me her brand new tattoo just this evening! I was like is it real and her and her mom said yes, then I was like I thought you had to be 18 she said that her dad took her! So in Alberta Canada you can with a parent present.

Prob not........ I do believe you have to be 16 or 17 and have a parents consent to get one when you are under age......... and parents can get in trouble with the law if they allow a child that is to young to get to a tat.

It is illegal.... you can get temporary ones and stuff though.
Its nice not to rush into things like scars you have to carry for life... especially at an age where you are liable to change your mind repeatedly, or do things compulsively. :)Like (1)

I would hope not, but there is always a way I guess... Not to be judgmental but why do you want a tattoo at 13? I have multiple, so I'm not against them, just wondering...
