Would Americans have more holes in them if gun laws were revoked?

The truth is, that countries with public guns and without public guns show only marginal differences in the rate of criminal activity. The only difference is the nature of criminal activity. I wouldn't be surprised if shootings go up as a proportion of that crime in the US in the near future though. Gun sales are at a high point because some people are worried that Obama will try to oust the Second Amendment. I practically guarantee he won't, but because more guns are going to be on the street, crimes that may have otherwise been stabbings, battery, or some other form, may take the form of a shooting instead. Which would no doubt be blamed on the administration ironically.
I'm not trying to sound defensive of Obama, I'm just saying that if more guns are in the public, more guns will be used, and we'll always try to find some one to blame, even if it's really our own faults. lolLike (2)

Not to be misunderstood, that marginal difference comes out when you account for things like poverty rate and available living environments etc, etc.Like (1)

YES THEY WOULD ! Why? because there would be nothing stopping the criminals from shooting up the general public since they would be the only ones with guns.

if more people had guns, there would be a lot less crime. gun control should be limited only to people who have proven themselves to be violent criminals.

Have no idea. Like Distant said the crime in Texas is lower, but in England it is even lower with no guns. So obviously it is more complicated than either taking away guns or not. Americans are just straight up gangsters, and we don't have no intention of changing. I think that is the issue, if we were to care about it.

Nope! Cause here in Texas, the gun laws are very lax already and yet our crime is among the lowest in the nation. It's the PEOPLE.
