I'm not overweight but I like to feel good. I have a diet in mind and will be starting tomorrow. Unfortunately I am a 'I'll pig out now and start again tomorrow' kind of girl but I am taking this seriously as my holiday is getting closer and I'm not getting thinner. Anyway, I thought a buddy may help with the willpower (or lack of it) and vice versa. :)
I would but unfortunately am only good in yelling at clients. Works ok so far.
