when they are hoping will their bf/gf, but if you don't feel the same way, they have no interest in you as even a friend?

Or is it just logical to for someone to just cut the person loose completely? In my mind, it shows me they don't actually care about building up a connection with me personally, but perhaps I'm wrong.

    If there is any possibility in a parallel universe that you two could sleep together, he's interested. It's a biological thing.
