Definitely. I think we are behind many other countries in the sense that we have never had a female president.

Sarah Palin?? Are you out of your fcucking mind? If you're going to choose a woman for the Whitehouse why would it be one of the dumbest examples of the female species you can possibly find?

Actually I was amazed we had a black man before a woman as president. We are due for a woman president, as long as her name isn't Jan Brewer.

We're already at the point where a woman candidate is no longer a big deal. It was for Hillary because she was first, but for Bachmann, gender was ahrdly brought up.

That would be a brilliant future for the USA and for the world.
See how Germany is progressing after war destruction in 1945.
See how England changes after Margaret Thatcher,
Israel after Golda Meir, India after Indira Gandhi....
It is really good that women are taking hold of national
    governance from land to land.
This is the great sign of a new world of true equality, especially
    equality between women and men.
The division of household job for women and national
administration for men is obsoletely outdated and uncivilized.
Besides the efforts of girls for themselves, men and boys must
be educated to share responsibilities with women in all aspects
    of the human life.
At home, at school, at the office we must have equal opportunities
of learning and of working for people of all ages and all genders.
Discriminations, superstions, prejudices must be fully annihilated.
This is true democracy, freedom and civilization.

I thought Elizabeth Dole would have made a wonderful president for our country, and her husband as well, two decent human beings.
