Not really. I think complicated might be a little more interesting, but perhaps the complimentor was the one who is "uncomplicated". It could be good or bad. I still think its a little negative.

I think I would take that as "I'm simple", or "easy"? Not a very good compliment if so. Or maybe they mean you're just "easy" to get along with? Probably would ask them to elaborate on that.

Ooh..I'd be studying the subjectivity of the person who said that. It would most likely be a compliment which meant you were a straight forward, 'low maintenance' kind of person. The person could also be implying that you are simple and not overly intelligent. But I'd be going for the former meaning! :)
