Yes. Dating is different than getting married. Opinions change over time too.

not sure what you're saying. I'm not including the possibility of a change in opinion.

I know, that you aren't thinking that your opinion will ever change. But there is the chance, that you just start loving some other people's babies so much, you need to have your own tiny person to take care of and mold into a person you want someone to be. At the moment I don't want a kid, but later on, I might very well like one.

Why do people frown on others who don't want children?? I have 2 myself and I wanted mine. But people are entitled to their own way of life. You certainly wouldn't want to force someone to have kids that does not really want them. Geeezzz the kids would end up suffering on that one. Move on and find yourself another girlfriend.

yes, thank you! To be honest, i grew up kind of like that. I think my parents just wanted kids to "continue their genetic line" and my sister and I both grew up not wanting children. It's not fun being neglected.

Without a doubt. I don't want children myself either so at least we got that in common. Besides, who could resist a nice fresh young girl?

No, i wouldn't date a woman who has identified herself as a failure at life. She might be OK to bang on Saturday night once in a while, but she's not someone I would spend time thinking about making a life with.

No, sorry. The meaning of life is life. I have several fine grown children. My life has been a success. Sorry about yours.

This is exactly what my wife used to say, now she is the happiest stay home mom with two children...perhaps in time she will change that perspective. Yes, when I look back at it I thought this was not an attractive feature since she was "closed" to the idea, its seemed narrow minded to me.

or maybe it's just honest. I know a few women who were "open" to the idea, despite not feeling enthusiastic about motherhood, and now they're neglecting their kids.

If I felt the same, sure. There's nothing wrong with an intelligent decision to not have kids.
