because MMMMMMmmmmMmm.. I LOVE IT! It's called Lengua in spanish. Oh it is sooo good! Cow tongue tacos are yummy for tummy! lol :D

Guess I'm not brave when it comes to food....but I did have a friend when I was in middle school who was from Alaska and she had a moose tongue in her freezer that her family was planning on eating....they said they loved it and I should try it....but again, tasting something that can taste me back....shivers....ick!
