No I would'nt end it because of my mother-in-law. It would be my husbands job to clue her in that being rude to his wife is not something he will stand for. I guess I'm lucky to have a mother-in-law who is very easy going. If your husband is not willing to do this then he is not a real man.

carbonware	Posted Aug 15th, 2009 at 11:40PM Isn't nearly all Mother in laws hostile toward the new spouse? It's just the way things are for many reasons. Some get over it as they get used to you. Some never do. So what, who cares? You married your spouse not the in laws. Make sure they always know your not there to take their child away from them, but your not their for them to kick around either.
