Yeah (if I was the type to spend money on amusement parks in the first place); the lines for the rides are much shorter when it rains.
actually this happened to me and friends plenty of times and I paid. It's still fun.
it would depend on the park and the person i was with.
it depends on what kind of rain. if it was pouring all day, or storming, they shut some of the rides down, so i wouldn't waste my money on that day. but if it was a light rain, on and off maybe, then i'd be more likely to go. especially if i had already made plans, gotten off work, etc
