    of course not .. there's nothing funny about it .. when i see someone in this situation i say to myself wow I'm lucky I'm at home now .. and i look to make sure he/she made it to the car ...

    I wouldn't laugh, because I don't think there is anything at all that is "funny" about someone's real-life discomfort.

    No of coarse not, that would be just unkind. besides, I myself have run to my car to get out of the freezing cold night air
