Would you like to cure your MRSA infection?

Along with MRSA, many significant infection-causing bacteria (Cdiff for example) in the world are also becoming resistant to the most commonly prescribed antimicrobial treatments. Antimicrobial resistance occurs when bacteria change or adapt in a way that allows them to survive in the presences of antibiotics designed to kill them. The some cases, bacteria become so resistant that no available antibiotics are effective against them. People infected with antibiotic-resistant organisms like MRSA and Cdiff are likely to have longer and more expensive hospital stays, and may be more likely to die as a result of the infection. When the drug of choice for treating their infection doesn't work, they require treatment with second- or third-choice medicines that may be less effective, more toxic and more expenses.

Drmsullivan, Is this a new treatment on the horizon? I have not seen it implemented in our area. Thank you for this valuable information. I have a co-worker with terrible hygiene whose whole family has had outbreaks! Can you say "Stay away from me?" And "No Thanks." at offers of food! Ugh!

I have gotten rid of several cases of MRSA, including hospital MRSA using herbs or essential oils.

Tinctures of indigo, coptis, Chinese scullcap, and goldenseal applied topically several times a day will usually work. You can also take it internally to improve your immune system. A number of these herbs have been shown to disable the bacteria's drug resistance pumps so they cannot adapt to medication. They can also make antibiotics work better. I have seen herbs work on a doctor's family where the only other choice was IV antibiotics.

I would then cover the lesion with manuka honey, a specially active honey from New Zeland that has tested as clearing MRSA.

Tea tree essential oil has also tested as getting rid of MRSA. However I would be inclined to mix it with anti-infective essential oils like oregano, rosemary or lavender.

Apply the treatments regularly, and be careful not to spread them to other parts of the body or other people.

I did read a paper somewhere which suggested that chilis had a chemical which blocked a vital bacterial enzyme and seemed to make MRSA more vulnerable to attack by conventional antibiotic.

I can't say I've seen any further detailed information about this but if true then it would be intriguing.

My sister died horrifically of C diff and Mrsa. She was only in the hospital for a knee surgery. It was such an awful death, they wanted a closed casket.

I hope they find a cure real soon.
If people understood how dangerous this was, they would stay clear of hospitals period.

I try the Microcyn before. I had what the doctors call innocent staph twice then I had MRSA twice. The third time my fever went up to 107.2 I almost die that night but luckily the nurses broke the fever 4 hours later. I have 10 scars from having it a total of 4 times. I have a rash on my arms which looks just like eczema but my doctor thinks it is just a diffent kind of strand of staph. I'm allergic to 7 kinds of antibotic. If I take other antibotics my body is immune to it since I had so much antibotic pump into me when I was in the hospital 3 times. I don't know what to do. I can't get over my hacking cough from sinis infection.
