Seaside town. I don't speak japanese and I hate the idea of mega-cities.

You don't have to speak Japanese and I'd rather live in the futuristic city, but the major problem would be all the noise. /:

I don't like Japan, too sexist.

Best Answer

Not really, besides from anime. Japan is one of the most modernized Asian countries. To me Japan's more perverted than sexist.

I love when a man tries to claim there's no sexism in japanese culture...I know people who've been there. Like my father who was last there less than ten years ago. During the board meetings and dinners the japanese men refused to talk or answer anything his female co-worker asked, or said. They would ask my dad what she was eating not her. They wouldn't even shake her hand. Plus there's tons of sexism apparent in every facet of the culture. They have signs telling men to not grope women on the subways and signs telling women to report men doing it. Women in Japan MUST wear high heels and the right brand and height or they risk not getting the job or losing it. Women are treated like children by the media and marketing companies. How is that not sexism. And how is men being perverted not sexism? 1. http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/feb/07/tokyo-women-sex-strike-yoichi-masuzoe 2. http://world.time.com/2013/09/30/you-mean-women-deserve-careers-patriarchal-japan-has-breakthrough-moment/ 3.
