    I definitely would...I have a few novels that are gay and lesbian focused...mostly erotic stories...but I enjoyed them;))

    If it was good, sure. Though given that there are very few LGBT writers the LGBT characters rarely come across as realistic imho.

    I might read a novel based on such a thing. esp. if the couple is believable and the sex scenes are well written.

    Yes, and I have. James Baldwin's one of my favourite authors, some of his novels have gay/bisexual themes.

    It doesn't matter whether they are gay or not. If it is a well written and about something I like then it doesn't matter. Sure, I'd read it.
