OMG...these kids are rejected by the system because they reach the age of 18 and are considered past their use be date !

They are put on the streets, without a home or skills to live.

There does need to be added support for them to get on their feet.

Why doesn't the government realize it's cheaper to support these kids than to have to pay for jails to house them as they fall into crime !

I'm not sure if the way they are being handled these days is the best solution. Rather than see them hanging around with nothing to do,until the next meal is doled out to them,I would rather see them enroled into military life for 3 years. I don't mean the front line military,but a secondary type. Non combative,where they are taught all the aspects to fit in socially into main stream life when they come out. Some would have a trade,and others whould maybe re enlist.
