Snore Pins. I get them at Amazon.com. I don't like drugs anyway, and I am not to take vasoconstrictive meds like antihistamines. Took me about two weeks to get used to them though, so I used Breathe Right Strips, too.

May i suggest those nose ***** things? when my sinuses or allergies act up due to something i use them and it helps immensely. I also find that CVS and Rite-Aid brands are better than the main one.

You don't have any vicks vapor rub? The stuff is awful, but it clears your sinuses like no other. Also, a hot steam should help.
