Mainly for disobedience, backtalk, or doing something extremely dangerous. I was spanked right up until I was nearly 17, and felt so embarrassed at being the only girl in my class to still get spanked by my folks. At school it was b/c i did'nt do the homework,i talked in class,i messed around in class,missing lessons,which was silly cos it was a boarding school,lol.

I got spanked for a great many things. Perhaps the thing that I was spanked for the most would have been for back-talk/sass/smart-mouthing. After that would be for fighting with my sisters. Curfew violations....lying (this was a big one and was a roll of the dice...I'd lie so I wouldn't be spanked...if caught in the lie then it would be worse but sometimes I'd get away with it). I guess I was more fond of mischief than I was of my butt. I got spanked at least once a week at home or at school. my mother and dad couldn't control themselves, they vented out their lifes frustrations, pains, and disappointments in beating me until they maybe realized they went to far and that's when it would stop, for me it stopped when i ended my prayer to god.

Most of the spankings I got were for disobedience or getting into mischief. Sometimes I got my mouth washed out with soap for lying or using "bad" words.
One time I rode my bike way out of bounds and got caught lying about where I had been. So.... first I got my mouth washed out with soap for lying, then my mom gave me a good spanking with the hairbrush on my bare hiney. After that I was put to bed for the rest of the night.
