    My scale is my "kitty-do" >^.^<
    I never care if I've lost weight, but I know I'm in trouble, if my tummy sticks out more than my "kitty" do.

    Throw away the scales. Try to eat healthy and don't worry about the weight. Neither jolly fat people, nor jolly thin people worry about their weight.
