Ecstacy can lead to chronic depression, since spending much time 'synthetically' happy, makes it very hard to get to that feeling naturally. But cannabis also destroys parts of your brain which deal with stress and paranoia, so while 'synthetically' finding a feeling of calmness and oneness, dealing with reality without can be very hard, and leads to you finding what it has actually done to you. The problem with any drug is you become more tolerent over time and then you need more to get the same feeling. The only argument against these ideas are, 'what if I took them until I died?' that would be the burning and unanswerable question.

I used to do a whole lot of X. But I haven't done any in about 10 years and don't plan on ever doing it again. I am like you, weed is all I want anymore. :-)
