Yet another French Joke?

A Frenchman while out on a lake with his boat and fishing rod catches a poster, do you know what he says?

By the way...I won't be giving out best answers who don't answer en francais. You ruin the joke when you say a oeuf instead of 'un oeuf' or a oeil instead of 'un oeil'.
