You back your vehicle into a car in a parking lot and cause slight damage. HONESTLY, do you leave your phone number?

For slight damage (such as a minor scrape), no. Now if I busted a light, or left an impression of my grill in their door, then yes. The best motto is: do to others what you'd want then to do to you if the situation were reversed

I don't leave the scene of an accident. It is up to the person whom I've struck to dismiss the incident, not me.

I DID cause slight damage....backed up and hit a car behind me....no one was around....left all my information on the windshield. Turned out the damage was more than slight...and I ended up with a surcharge....but still...you have to be honest.
