Your take on the guy who's suing Denny's because of the sodium content of their food?

Is it too unreasonable to think that someone with a heart condition might, just maybe, suspect that a breakfast consisting of an entire barnyard could possibly be bad for you? If you do think that Denny's is in the wrong, why?

@sshole... you are at DENNY'S... and most likely ordered something any idiot knows is full of sodium. "What do you mean sausage and gravy with a side of bacon has a lot of sodium? Nobody told me! Just like the lady with the hot coffee... I mean how was she supposed to know it was going to be hot?"

Again... @sshole...

No, it's not. I've eaten at Denny's, and I've never suffered from any illusions about their food being low in salt. It's (un)common sense.

i would say he's a dipshit... yeah. who doesnt understand the concept that coffee is hot, metal slides are bad ideas, and anything consisting primarily of fried foods are straight cause for cardiac arrest.

Looking for easy money. You can ASK for nutrition facts before you order. Not hard.

Did he order off of the menu according to his doctor's instructions? Was he forced to go into Denny's? All Denny's is required to do is post the "nutritional facts", which gives their customers the chance to make their own decision. His case will be tossed on those grounds.

I do not like Diet Rite softdrink, yet they still make the stuff. They do not make a non-diet Diet Rite. I make the decision not to drink it.

I agree! He probably shouldn't be in Dennys! Did his doc not go over what diet is best for him??
