| 4 | | #2 | | When two of my children ages 5 and 3 decided to go to the park without telling anyone.
| 3 | | #3 | | I have two phobias.....I'm afraid of sunflowers and grasshoppers...NOTHING ELSE....except maybe the police when I'm high. Anyways, a lady came into my work the other day and needed an oil change.......I work at one of those Jiffy Lube-type oil change shops. This lady came in in a late model Volks Wagon which most lube technicians hate because of the difficulty in changing the cartridge oil filter. I lost the coin toss which meant I had to go down into the pit and do the dirty work. When I was done, I washed up and went to charge the customer for this service. She paid with one of those personalized Visa debit cards....you know the ones where you download your own picture onto the card. When I took a good look at the picture on her card, I almost 'fell out'....I actually dropped the card on the floor in panic. The picture on her card was of the cutest baby you've ever seen in the back yard surrounded by SUNFLOWERS!! And in my panicked mind, I just knew there were GRASSHOPPERS.......lurking around!! I had another employee go in there and pick her card up off the floor and complete the transaction. But before this customer left, she asked this employee if her baby was really that ugly that I would drop the card and run out of the room??......danilo

In the end both survived. It's never easy making a call like that, but as the chief OR surgeon it's my duty to make it - but it's a scary decision non-the-less.

Playing the Question of the Day is super simple. Every day we post a new question -- some are funny,
some are serious -- but all are provocative. You answer the question in your own words (short please -- no more than two paragraphs).
You (and others) rate all the entries -- give it a thumbs up if you like it. At the end of the day,
we pick the top 3 vote getters, providing them points and trophies commemorating their win. If there is a tie, the earlier submission
wins. Have fun!
