Growing Up In The Troubles In Northern Ireland Has Ruined My Life

You first begin gathering your thoughts as to what you want to say. Then you begin as slow as you want to take it, and begin speaking. If you have no one to speak to [but you have many offers, I am one] you can always begin a journal. put the pen/pencil to the paper and don't care about the thoughts just get it all out. The important issue is to get it out from within you.
