I Am Not A Total Barbie!

If  someone calls me a  'Total Barbie' is that discrimination? One of my girls at my McDonalds where I am the shift supervisor called me that, and I yelled at her and told her that is discrimination and I sent her home, even though she is probably two or three times my age. I don't like constantly being told I am stupid because of my blonde hair. Keeping it long and blonde is expensive and people need to learn to appreciate all the work I go to to be blonde. All of us blondes go to the maximum work to be beautiful. Isn't there a law or something that protects my rights to be blonde and be safe from negative people?
